Other parts of the program include sessions on how food affects mood, help with filling out job applications or resume assistance, and ideas on incorporating joyful movement into everyday life. We understand the importance of education and include approximately 20 hours of school time in our School Support Program. We also have built in life skills-type aspects of our program. We use trauma-informed treatments such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and medication management, along with experiential therapies like music, art and more. Individual and group therapies are available in these programs.
